• Keep your account password secure. Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, please contact our support team immediately.

To participate on beg999, you must be at least 18 years required. This is one of our strictest policies and has no exceptions. Any underage account detected will be immediately closed and all balances will be forfeited.

We may verify your identity at any time as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process. You may be required to submit one of the following documents:

Please make sure you fully understand the rules below before placing a bet on beg999. Confirmed bets generally cannot be cancelled or changed, so make your decisions carefully.

• All bets are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Bets must be placed before the match starts or within the specified time window. No bets will be accepted after the deadline.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed will apply.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Beg999 reserves the right to void any bets placed at abnormal odds due to technical errors.
• Any evidence of match fixing or gaining unfair advantage will result in immediate account closure.

Beg999 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms and conditions detailed on the offer page. However, the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings from bonuses are only withdrawable after the required wagering amount has been met.
• Each promotion can only be claimed once per user. Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus validity is generally between 7 and 30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Beg999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on beg999. Any violation may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses (bonus abuse)
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions
• Using another person's account or payment method
• Attempting to hack or exploit vulnerabilities in the beg999 system
• Harassing or defrauding other users
• Operating an account under a false identity

Beg999 may temporarily or permanently suspend your account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any of these terms and conditions will result in
• If KYC verification is not completed or false information is provided
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• By court order or directive from a regulatory authority
• If you request account closure yourself

You may also request to close your account at any time. Before submitting your request, please ensure all active bets have been settled and your balance has been withdrawn.

• You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits at any time.
• You can temporarily suspend your own account (Self-exclusion) whenever needed.
